Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for a card, and it stays free forever — no trial countdown, nothing to cancel.
What do I actually get with Pro?
Everything in Free, plus the built-in AI assistant, plain-language medication explanations and interaction checks, and camera scan so you can snap a photo of a meter or cuff instead of typing readings in by hand.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly with no contract — cancel whenever and you'll keep Pro features until the end of the billing period, then drop back to Free. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Is my health data private?
Your readings, medications, and notes are yours. We don't sell health data, and the AI assistant only sees what it needs to answer your question — it doesn't train on your data.
Is the AI assistant a replacement for my doctor?
No. It's built to help you understand your own numbers and medications between visits — not to diagnose or replace medical advice. Always loop in your care team for decisions about treatment.
Can I share my account with a family member?
Each person should have their own account so their readings and medications stay accurate and private. You can always export a PDF or CSV to share with a caregiver or doctor.
